With the Post Goods Movement bot we can report the total quantity of materials produced for each production order.Production Supervisor can track the output of each order in a spreadsheet and submit the Goods Movement for multiple orders in one request.

Key Process Steps Covered by Post Goods Movement

  • The bot reads data from the Excel template providing Movement Type details.Currently the scenario only supports 311 and 101 movement type.
  • The bot then upload the Type using the standard whitelisted API in the SAP S/4HANA system.

  • Ability to submit Movement Type for numerous orders at one time
  • Useful for manufacturing processes that can have goods movement reported on at intervals (for example, end of shift)
  • 3rd party manufacturing execution systems can produce an Excel output to generate the list of Movement Types for SAP S/4HANA Cloud
