This scope item enables you to define data quality rules and KPIs for business partner master data. You can evaluate the quality of business partner data according to these rules and monitor the current state of the data quality as well as its trend.

To define rules, you can use machine learning capabilities and detect patterns with rule mining. These patterns from rule mining can be transferred to data quality rules.

By analyzing the evaluation results, you can identify areas of data with errors and potential reasons for errors, and you can then initiate the correction. You can also use the data quality rules to validate data in Master Data Consolidation for Business Partner (‏1N3‏) and Mass Processing for Business Partner (‏1N7‏).
