S/4HANA Cloud Database & Data Management Scope Items

This scope item enables the storage of workforce data in SAP S/4HANA Cloud and integration into the SAP Master Data Integration.

The workforce data contains basic personal information such as name and IDs, but also more complex data that is used in other processes, such as email, telephone, and – if needed – bank details and private address.

Work assignment data is also included, encapsulating specific job information (such as job title, employment status, work schedule, line manager, and cost center assignment).

This scope item is excluded from the default activation

The 4AF scope item is only available for selected customers as part of an early adopter program and therefore excluded from standard activation.

If you are not part of the early adopter program, use the Core HR with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (JB1) scope item instead.
