External Occupancy and Contract Management (5VY)

To support lease-out scenarios to external parties, you must group spaces that were created in SAP Cloud for Real Estate, location management before assignment to an external lease-out contract.  When you group spaces, the spaces are synchronized with SAP S/4HANA and are simultaneously assigned a object category and usage type. 

Once grouped, spaces are available for assignment to a lease-out contract with external partners.

• Create a group of real estate objects for external occupancy
• Create lease-out contract and assign the external occupancy group to the object assignment
• Manage the lease valuations for the lease-out contract
• Execute periodic postings
