External Occupancy and Contract Management - Group Ledger IFRS (5YV)

To support lease-out scenarios to external parties, spaces that were created in Cloud for Real Estate, location management must be grouped before assignment to an external lease-out contract.  When grouping spaces, the spaces are synchronized with SAP S/4HANA and are simultaneously assigned an object category of external and usage type. 

Once grouped, spaces are available for assignment to a lease-out contract with external partners. External contracts can then generate postings to the IFRS ledger (2L).
