B2B Order Fulfillment with SAP Commerce Cloud (2TY)

Business customers expect the same high-level buying experience as private customers. At the same time, your organization wants to have the product data available in all channels in a consistent way without double maintenance.

The order created and stored in SAP Commerce Cloud is transferred to SAP S/4HANA Cloud for order fulfillment. The order status for the sales document is replicated from SAP S/4HANA Cloud to SAP Commerce Cloud.

In addition, relevant master data, such as products (including classification, prices, and discount), stock level, business partners, and connected contact persons are replicated from SAP S/4HANA Cloud to SAP Commerce Cloud.

Maintain product master data in SAP S/4HANA Cloud and replicate to SAP Commerce Cloud
Maintain prices and discounts in SAP S/4HANA Cloud and replicate to SAP Commerce Cloud
Maintain product classification model in SAP S/4HANA Cloud and replicate to SAP Commerce Cloud
Replicate stock level from SAP S/4HANA Cloud to SAP Commerce Cloud
Place an order in the Web shop and send it to SAP S/4HANA Cloud for order fulfillment
Replicate sales order status to SAP Commerce Cloud, including advanced shipping notification once order has been shipped
Create return order in SAP Commerce Cloud and process it in SAP S/4HANA Cloud
Optional: Order Simulate - prices, discounts, stock level and credit can be checked on the fly during check out
Place service order in the web shop and send it to SAP S/4HANA Cloud for order fulfillment
Customer can cancel undelivered service order in Web shop, if service is not wanted anymore
Complete the service order and release for billing in SAP S/4HANA Cloud
Generate invoice for orders and check corresponding invoice in the Web shop
