Solution Order Management supports customers in evolving their business from just selling single products to offering holistic solutions: it allows you to manage complex solutions of physical goods, services, projects, and subscriptions in an integrated end-to-end order. With an intuitive progress view, situation handling and cross object navigation, customers always have an overview of the fulfillment status of the different solution order items. Solution Order Management also comes with embedded pricing, omni-channel convergent billing, and is seamlessly integrated into revenue recognition and controlling to give customers a consolidated financial view of their solution portfolio. An open API enables the integration with third-party applications, fostering extensibility and flexibility. Solution Order Management is supported by a built-in analytics dashboard.
