This scope item covers the creation and approval of purchase orders for services. Alternatively, the process can be triggered via the creation of a purchase requisition, which is later converted to a purchase order.

The service fulfillment can be steered and monitored with the supplier side statement of work, supplier time sheets, and service entry sheets. Afterwards, the invoicing process is triggered.

The scope item covers standard service items and can be conducted with different optional steps. Service procurement using free text description of services in procurement documents is also supported.
